Paul brings over 32 years of extensive construction expertise, serving in roles such as architectural drafter, building inspector, structural analyst, quality assurance supervisor, and regional safety lead. His wide-ranging experience, both within the U.S. and internationally, has given him the ability to address a broad spectrum of challenges with his deep skill-set and knowledge. Over the past 12 years, Paul has overseen and managed safety protocols across more than 150 projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area and 17 projects in Greenville, SC, with a combined project valuation exceeding $2 billion. With experience spanning both residential and commercial construction, Paul effectively blends the two fields to elevate the quality and resilience of residential builds.
